What every record should include
- Product & EPA registration number — exactly as on the label.
- Rate and total amount applied.
- Crop/site and target pest, plus acres/area treated.
- Location (farm, field, and enough detail to find it again).
- Date and time of application.
- Applicator name and certification number.
- Wind, temperature, and conditions — your best drift defense on paper.
- Aircraft/equipment used (and N-number for the drone).
